Proud to spotlight Second Chance Dog Rescue - Mansfield
GIVING THE FORGOTTEN THEIR SECOND CHANCE
Every dog deserves to know what it feels like to be safe, cared for, and loved. Second Chance Dog Rescue Mansfield provides a lifeline for neglected, abandoned, abused, and surrendered dogs throughout the North Texas community. Their mission is simple but powerful: "give dogs with nowhere else to go a safe place to land, the care they need to heal, and the opportunity to find a loving forever home." The rescue proudly serves unincorporated Tarrant County and Johnson County, stepping in for animals that may otherwise have very few options.

BUILT FROM A LOVE FOR DOGS
Second Chance has a pretty incredible story. After seeing how many dogs were being dumped in his community, local dog lover Charles Morales decided to do something about it. He built a rescue facility and, along with the Morales family, donated its use to the organization.
POWERED BY PEOPLE WHO CARE
Second Chance Dog Rescue is completely volunteer run. Volunteers, fosters, adopters, donors, and supporters work together to rescue dogs, provide food and shelter, help with rehabilitation, and ultimately match them with families ready to give them the life they deserve.
