Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@dogrescueshirtclub.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selections

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
