Cancellation policy
Dog Rescue Shirt Club memberships and orders are produced on a scheduled, made-to-order basis. Please review the information below carefully.
New Memberships
The first order of a new membership is fulfilled with a previously featured monthly design. Once this initial order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests for new memberships must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase by contacting service@dogrescueshirtclub.com with your order number. If the order has not yet entered production, a full refund will be issued.
Recurring Memberships

Recurring memberships are automatically billed on the 1st of each month.

Monthly membership orders are produced and ship on or after the 20th of the month.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, memberships must be canceled before 11:59 PM (local time) on the last day of the previous month.
Once a recurring membership charge has been processed on the 1st of the month, that month’s order cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of shipment status.
Order Changes
After an order has entered production, we are unable to make changes to:

Design

Shipping address
Please ensure all information is correct before the billing date.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
